Crystal Travel has done it again (been our travel agent for 19 years)! This time, Patti and her team handled our cruise (2 cabins) on the Liberty of The Seas out of Galveston. Swimming with the dolphins in Cozumel, MX; visited Hell on Grand Cayman Island and a plantation built in the 1700's on Jamaica. The pictures and memories will be with us and the grand kids a long time. She has our next cruise (4 cabins) booked on the Harmony of The Seas. We can't wait!!! Thanks again Patti.

Crystal Travel was AMAZING and Jeanette was FANTASTIC!!! They made planning our trip effortless even when we had to change our return date. They changed our flight, lodging, and car rental with no problems :) They helped take a difficult to plan trip and make it a breeze! The Florida Keys were BEAUTIFUL!

We have used their services for years and are very satisfied. We have tried other travel agencies and were satisfied with them also. However, the overall service is much better at Krystal Travel. They are much more knowledgeable. They will save you money and maximize your travel experience. They also have the one on one personal communication. So many agencies are over the phone or over the internet. I prefer to do business with someone who cares and injoys with what they are doing.

Patti Kirst is excellent. She helped me and my family when our cruise ship got diverted to a different port during the COVID port closures. While everyone else on board was scrambling to rearrange flights home, all it took was one email to Patti and she took care of everything for us!!

Patti was very helpful in helping us arrange our honeymoon. She was very thorough and prompt with communication. This was the first time we had traveled out of the country and Patti was very good in walking us though everything. I would recommend using Patti if you are planning a major trip as well.

I have worked with Patti for several years with the trips that I've planned and taken, within the US and internationally. She has always been helpful, informative, and very knowledgeable about the places that I've been to. She's pretty much been everywhere, therefore she is great with providing recommendations and options for your trip whether its your first trip, a group/family trip, or even just a stay-cation. I've even recommended her to most of my family and friends. She's my go-to travel agent.

Patti helped us to coordinate a vacation through Europe after my son's studies abroad were complete. She worked on short notice into the evenings and on weekend to help with reservations and information. She followed up after our trip to see if we were satisfied. Excellent service, highly recommend and will use again!
